Consent to receive SMS messages is voluntary.

Consent to receive SMS/text messages is not a condition of purchasing goods or services or receiving transportation services from Purposeful Mobility.

Depending on the communication, consent may be provided through an optional website checkbox, written or electronic form, verbal agreement, email, in-person interaction, or by initiating a text conversation with Purposeful Mobility.

Providing a telephone number by itself does not constitute consent to receive marketing or promotional SMS messages.

Where express written consent is required for a particular type of message, Purposeful Mobility will obtain the appropriate consent before sending such messages.

Messaging frequency may vary.

The number and frequency of messages you receive will depend on your transportation activity, scheduled rides, service needs, account activity, employment or contractor relationship, and communications with Purposeful Mobility.

For example, a passenger may receive multiple service-related messages associated with a scheduled transportation appointment, while another individual may receive messages less frequently.

After your opt-out has been processed, Purposeful Mobility will discontinue SMS communications covered by your withdrawal of consent unless you subsequently provide consent again or the communication is otherwise permitted by applicable law.

Purposeful Mobility will also honor other reasonable methods of communicating a clear request to revoke SMS consent as required by applicable law.
